HSO stands for Hawkins Support Organization. We are a parent-led 501(c)(3) school support organization focused on raising support for Hawkins Middle School in Hendersonville, TN.

We support a broad range of student activities, including academics, athletics, fine arts, & special interest clubs. Our goal is to meet some of the school needs that are not included in the regular school budget - things such as equipment, uniforms, technology, supplies, building improvements, and more.

Each year, we also make it a priority to host several teacher and staff appreciation meals and give other small treats and tokens of thanks to the people who make Hawkins Middle School such a great place for our kids day in and day out.

We raise funds through annual membership dues, general donations, business sponsorships, spirit nights hosted by local restaurants and businesses, a fall/winter craft fair and a spring craft fair at Hawkins Middle School, Nothing Bundt Cakes student sales fundraiser before Valentine’s Day, and more TBA!

If you have a student at Hawkins Middle School, we would love to have you join!

Membership dues are $25 for the entire year per family.

Donations of any amount are also greatly appreciated and can be made at any time throughout the year using a credit or debit card, Venmo, by sending cash or check made payable to Hawkins Support Organization to the Hawkins Middle School Office in an envelope marked HSO Donation, or send an email to info@hawkinssupportorganization.com to make other arrangements.

Volunteering is NOT mandatory, but we’d love to have you participate as much (or as little) as you like.

The HSO Board meets monthly and we hold meetings open to all members approximately every two months.
